What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing new business.
- Target mid-market organizations and universities with personalized outreach and compelling messaging.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess fit and align customer needs with Tradespace’s value proposition.
- Oversee pilots, support contract negotiations, and manage security and/or IT reviews, as required.
- Assist in driving expansion and upsell opportunities across existing customer portfolios.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships through in-person meetings, events, and continuous engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Track key performance metrics, iterate on messaging, and optimize engagement tactics.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of B2B start-up sales experience, preferably pre-Series B.
- Experience in legal tech, IP, or enterprise software a plus.
- A track record of mastering complex subject matter (like IP) and educating customers on emerging AI opportunities
- Strong prospecting skills with experience in both inbound and outbound lead engagement.
