• Requirements

    • Admin access to an Okta org
    • Tradespace Okta integration: https://www.okta.com/integrations/tradespace
  • Supported features

  • SP-initiated SSO

    • Go to: https://app.tradespace.io/signin/sso
    • Enter the email address
    • Click: Sign in with SSO
  • SAML configuration

    • As part of SSO you need to provide the Okta identity provider Metadata URL to Tradespace. Copy the “Metadata URL” from the “Sign On” → Settings section of the app and please contact our support and share this URL, and we will set it up for you.

    • Ensure that you entered the correct value in the "Customer ID" field when installing the Tradespace app. This ID serves as a unique identifier for your organization or tenant. Please email Tradespace support if you do not have access this ID. The Customer ID will be present under the “Advanced Sign-on Settings”

    • The following SAML attributes are supported:

      firstName user.firstName
      lastName user.lastName
    • Please Note - once SAML is enabled, users can only log into the Tradespace account through Okta. Old passwords will no longer work for existing users.

    • Our Okta integration does not support Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning. If this is required please email our support.
