About the Role
We’re looking for a bold, creative, and highly organized Event Manager who doesn’t just plan events, they engineer experiences.
You’ll own the soup-to-nuts execution of events (from venue scouting to post-event ROI analysis), but your superpower will be thinking beyond that. You’ll reimagine how corporate events are done - turning every dinner, summit, or sponsorship into a moment people talk about long after it ends.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to craft experiences that build community, accelerate deals, and shape the Tradespace brand.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of all Tradespace conferences, field events, virtual events and customer events
- Partner with Head of Marketing to define event goals (pipeline, relationship-building, thought leadership) and ensure every dollar spent ties back to revenue impact
- Measure event performance (attendance, engagement, pipeline influence) and turn data into actionable insights
- Scout and negotiate venues, manage vendors, and oversee logistics from concept through post-event debrief
- Build creative concepts and “surprise & delight” moments that make each event unforgettable
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop pre/post event campaigns, nurture workflows, and content extensions from events
- Manage budgets, timelines, and internal communications like a pro, but never lose sight of the big creative “why” behind the event
- Serve as the creative heartbeat for our event presence, pushing the envelope on what a startup in IP tech can do
