We’re looking for our Founding BDR. Someone who’s wired for start-ups, thrives in fast-changing environments, and wants to help build a category-defining company from the ground up.
This role reports directly into Marketing, giving you a front-row seat to how campaigns, content, and events translate into real pipeline. You’ll help architect our go-to-market engine, owning both inbound and outbound motions, researching target accounts like a career detective, and personalizing outreach at scale. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to open doors, nurture early relationships, and represent Tradespace at industry events.
