As an early AI/ML engineer at Tradespace, you will have the opportunity to build out the foundational AI layer for a high-growth company that is actively defining how AI can unlock billions of dollars in IP value for the world’s most innovative companies and labs.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI algorithms and models to solve complex business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and company management to understand requirements and implement AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize AI algorithms and models to solve complex business needs.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement AI solutions.
• Deploy robust, scalable models that can handle large volumes of real-time/streaming data.
• Evaluate model accuracy and work on its improvement.
• Research and innovate with new AI approaches and technologies.
• Effectively communicate complex AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of machine learning theory and practice.
• Proficient in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
